You’ll study the technical and commercial aspects of the management of projects, and the technology used to enhance systems. Supporting the teams as you build experience through a project’s life cycle and understanding how it all fits together, you’ll learn about the essential services and equipment found in buildings, and participate in discussions as you discover how mechanical and electrical services are designed, installed and maintained.?
Your additional responsibilities will involve researching current and emerging sustainable technology and how it can be used to produce innovative solutions for development, manufacture and construction processes, observing how the team looks at problems and ways in which the needs of the business, clients and end-users can be met. You’ll learn how financial and safety constraints impact project delivery, monitor essential information and progress trackers, and support minute taking at meetings. You will also be expected to help manage the quality of our subcontractor MEP installations, and facilitate client end-user building services training.?

To be eligible, you’ll need to have achieved, or working towards GCSE Maths and English - Grade 4/C or above and a minimum of 2 A-Levels or equivalent (for example, Level 3 College qualification, BTEC, T-Level etc) at grades DD or above.
To be a success on the programme you’ll enjoy learning new things, have a curious nature, be a superb communicator and you won’t be afraid to ask questions. Organised, reliable and professional, and a problem solver with the ability to think logically, you’ll have the initiative to start and complete tasks. It’s important that you possess good time management skills, are able to prioritise your work to meet agreed deadlines.
For the role in Bristol, you will work on projects in the Bristol area. For this role you will need a full UK driving licence on commencement of the Programme. Your office base will be in Newbury, which you will work from as required. Expenses will be fully funded by the company, but it’s important for you to be flexible and committed to travelling.
