With a strong local focus, HIT offers hotel and catering apprenticeships at all levels and in all sectors. Since 2006 we have supported 100,000 learners at over 22,000 employer sites across the country.

The apprenticeship training can be provided in various ways including Classroom Sessions, Webinars, Seminars, Workplace Learning and Online Portfolios. This will be overseen by a tutor that is allocated to each apprentice and a workplace mentor.
